Please note that:
- Madagascar Airlines (Air Madagascar) is currently receiving a high number of requests for changes and refunds following the health situation and border closures in Madagascar and around the world since 2020.
- Following the judgment of the Commercial Court of 18 November 2021, concerning the placement in receivership of the company Air Madagascar and its subsidiary Tsaradia, Processing of refund request files for tickets issued prior to November 1, 2021 will not be able to be processed by existing services. - Following the restructuring of the airline and the transfer of the management of Tsaradia within Madagascar Airlines (Air Madagascar) the processing times are lengthened and can go up to several months.
- Our teams are however fully mobilized to refund you as soon as possible if the conditions of the ticket allow.
- You have the option to transfer your plane ticket, or reuse it for new travel dates, or new itineraries at no change charge.
